Fire Hose Reel - 19mm Swinging Manual
With a 30-metre total hose length, you can rely on this as a method of firefighting exactly where you need it. The reel is supplied with the 19mm fire hose already fitted, including the jet/spray nozzle, which makes this easy to install.
Attach it to the wall using the wall brackets provided; it is easy to connect to your water supply using the flexible inlet pipe and gate valve included. The reel is certified to EN 671-1 with LPCB approval, while the hose itself is compliant with EN 694 with a working pressure of 12 bar. Manufactured for Vigil Products of UV-resistant powder-coated steel and brass to ensure durability, while the fire hose tubing has a rubber/PVC blended construction which ensures a long working life.
Manual hose reels are a popular choice for factories, warehouses and large public buildings, and are ideal for external locations which are prone to frost. When required, simply open the gate valve (just as you would turn on the tap for your garden hose) to allow the water to flow through.
