Instantaneous Female to Male BSP Adaptor

Equipped with a blank plug and chain to keep the hose free from dirt and debris when not in use, this adapter features a spring-loaded plunger mechanism, controlled by a turn handle, to ensure a secure and pressure-resistant connection. 

This adapter is crafted from lightweight alloy for Vigil Products and compliant with BS 336 standards. On one end, there is a 2½” male thread compatible with BSP fittings, and on the other, a 2½” female instantaneous connection that fits standard BS336-type hoses commonly used by UK fire brigades, such as Type 2 and Type 3.. With a maximum working pressure of 16 bar, this coupling adapter is commonly used for connecting hoses, hydrants, fire engine pumps, and other equipment, offering a quick and efficient way to join different coupling types.
