It has an easy-to-use outlet, which is suitable for your wet and dry risers and fire hydrant systems, and the flow of water can be easily controlled using the hand wheel.

The valve is supplied with a cap and chain with a PN16 inlet flange and has a standard British Instantaneous female outlet to connect layflat hosing. It is widely used in major industrial locations, including marine, petrochemical, oil and gas, aviation, nuclear and waste recycling environments, as well as fire and rescue services.

The valve has a compact and elegant design and requires minimal maintenance. It has been tested to 16.5 bars and 22.5 bars.

To determine whether you need a PN16 or Table D/E flange fitting, you can distinguish between the two by counting the number of bolt holes around the flange: PN16 flanges have 4 bolt holes, while Table D/E flanges only have 8 holes. Therefore, take note of the outlet to which you will be fitting the valve to determine which version you need.
